Agricultural Day
Every year we hold an Agricultural Day at Waitetuna School. During the previous term children rare their own lamb, goat or calf and bring their pet animal to school for judging on the day. Ribbons are presented for rearing, leading, type and most obvious pet. All the community are welcome.

About The Event
Group Day Friday 25th October
Group Day is the opportunity for the local schools to bring their animals together for judging at one school. Group Day is at Waitetuna School this year (2019). This year only lambs and kids are able to enter Group Day - so as to reduce the risk of spreading the cattle disease Mycoplasma bovis. Food drinks are available to purchase at the event.
